Power Marketing win tender for large recycling door-stepping project for North Norfolk District Council

Further to our recent successes winning tenders with Exeter City Council and Devon County Council for door-stepping research programmes - we have just won a tender with North Norfolk District Council to undertake in excess of 2,100 door-stepping surveys across more than 11,000 homes in 4 areas of North Norfolk.

The purpose of the door-stepping exercise is to understand residents awareness of which items can and can't be recycled - and the extent to which they may still be 'contaminating' their household waste through recycling incorrectly. The exercise also provides us with the opportunity to provide further recycling information and literature to residents supporting existing communication from the District Council.

This appointment continues our working relationship with North Norfolk District Council which began in 2006 conducting a large District-wide on-street survey concerning recycling.
