Visitor Exit Survey for Royal Albert Memorial Museum
added January 10th 2012We were delighted to be commissioned to undertake a quantitative Visitor Exit Survey following the reopening of the museum.
The research will provide invaluable feedback on the “visitor experience” as well as capturing customer details for future profiling. Recall and awareness were also measured as part of the research programme.
The research findings will be used to inform on future operational decisions and marketing initiatives.
